    Default None Aligned Drawings

I work in the Reprograthic field and receive many drawings that open on an Angle. IE
around 10 degrees rotated counter clockwise.I have checked the UCS which is World the viewpoint which is correct, the view which seems Okay no isometrical , Theres no DVIEW used. It seems as if the drawing has actually been rotated from its base point 10 degrees.
I can not imagine this is the case there seems to be some other command or process i am missing. Have you Experts got any ideas. Thanks for your Time.

You might want to try the "Plan" Command.

First, set the UCS to World, then type in Plan and hit enter to accept the "Current UCS" value.

    Hope this helps.
