    Question Spray On Fireproofing??

So how dose RS plan to address the issue of spray on fireproofing?
I need to model the correct beam size, but I also need to make sure the other trades know they can't encroach on that space.
If I add and offset to the family, the actual steel beams won't connect without offsetting the ends.
How are people handling this topic?
    Thanks in advance.

    Dave,

There's not currently a great workflow involving sprayed on fire-proofing. The following link to a a string of discussion on the Boston Revit Uses Group message boards should give you a pretty good sense of what people are doing currently:

It seems that no one knows of an easy way to do this. I've gathered that we just have to make it ourselves. I created an offset line and just made a filled region within it. It's 2012 and still no spray on fireproofing from Revit.
