Summary: When using "Stepped Offset" to create a feature line that reference should be dynamic.
Description: Featurelines: When you use the stepped offset command, the original & the offset featureline should hold some kind of dynamic relationship.
Meaning is you change a elevation on one point, then it would automatically keep the same difference from the offset specified earlier.
How Used: Example: Take a curb, say you draw in a Flowline, then use the stepped offset command to get the Top of Curb .50ft. Now say you change either an elevation or slope along one or the other, they should keep their relationship so you don't have to make sure you changed both.
Feature Affinity: Feature Lines
