    Unhappy Placing Room Issues

We have issues placing rooms, first I should say that the room’s information has been preloaded to Revit from an Excel file with all the information from the Architectural Program (Program Area, Room Numbers and Names, Department Number and Name, etc, etc).

First issue we have is that when we place a room the room itself gets inserted in a different workset that is not the Active one.
Second issue is that Revit does not allow more than one user to place rooms, constantly ask for the other user to relinquish and save to central and viceversa. Some times the user automatically becomes owner of the worksets where the rooms got placed. It is really annoying.

I guess there is some parameter in the Rooms that is driving this crazy. If you have any idea I will really appreciate your help.

    Thanks a lot
