Polylines acting strange

We are doing a project that consists of embedding OLE objects into our drawings (Vizio objects) and all of my polylines with a width, are only showing the outlines. Also, whenever I use the solid fill hatch on these drawings, the hatch never shows. Is there a Setvar or something that was changed, or something else just going screwy?

Try setting the FILLMODE sysvar to 1.
