it wont work when i copy it into my drawing

You must copy the expressions into your drawing and then add the appropriate callouts in the label.

thats what i did, but that expression throws an error, is it correct?

Yup. Something seems to have gotten lost in translation. Basically, the Horizontal Scale expression should be

{Drawing Scale Conversion}

and the Vertical Scale expression shoule be

{Horizontal Scale}/10
