We used HP ME10 in the office before moving to AutoDesk, I need to translate some ME10 .mi files into something I can read in AutoCAD. We did use a thrid party translator, but the license has now run out.
Any suggestions?
Cheers

Hi, welcome to AUGI.
If you still have access to a copy of ME10 you can use it to export to dwg or dxf format though, because of the way ME10 works, it will produce files with an architecture that no acad user would ever produce - be prepared for multiple levels of nested blocks.
If you don't have a copy and there are just a few files, I may be able to help you.
Hi,
Thats one of my problems the copy of ME10 no longer works. The software we purchased was Qs Informatica which worked really well but I needed to translate batches of drawings which took some time. I did translate most of our legacy drawings but some got left, now we have swapped out the old computers, changed to staged computers where we can only have approved software and we are in a global AutoDesk license pool which makes trying to add any third party software more of a challenge.
I will check on the size of the task and post it on this thread and if you can help it would be appreciated.
Thanks for the quick response.
