Map Crash Wend I Export a SHP

Ok I use Civil 3D 2009. I try to export a SHP file. Wend start the process the comman of Map 3D crash and Civil 3D close. I install the last version of service pack and this don´t resolve the problem. I Attached a Picture.

Try editting the mapexport.ini file.
