I'm gearing up to do my 1st interior rendering for a client--a sushi restaurant. Because I'm so new to rendering in general, I'm wondering if there are any good rendering books/resources available? What is the best way to learn this stuff?

Thanks, and also to Kroke et. al. for the texture sites.

I havn't found any books on accurender as such, however, here is a LINK to some tutorials which may help. Courses 3 to 6 would be the ones to look at. I have been meaning to work through them myself, but havn't got to it yet. So let me know if they're any good.
