How to make rotate action grip move with stretch action

New to DB's, I made a block with a rotate action, The area of rotation is part of a stretch action, so When I stretch the block the rotate grip/action does not move with it. I'm sure there is a simple way to do this, but I can't find it.

I'm not sure if this will help, but you could try including the rotation grip in the crossing window to see if it moves along with it.

Make sure you double click your stretch and action to check whether or not the rotate parameter is included in the stretch action. DO NOT include the rotate ACTION with the stretch action. Only the parameter.\

If you double click your stretch and the rotate does not highlight or dash, then include it. Your issue should be solved then.
