Default View Frames Way Too Small

We are trying to use the plan production & view frames.

I opened the template edited the undefined views, one to plan and one to profile.

It did create views, but each box is ~30’ long. There are over 200 views. It created a sheet for each box; they were @ the correct scale 1”=20’. The profiles were a little strange also, almost like sections, but we need to address this first:

Why are the view boxes so small. Where do I edit that setting?

In the template, make sure the viewports are set to the correct scale.

    Thanks!

Now how do I edit the matchline mask from the solid black it currently attempts to plot, to more of a wipeout where it covers all, but the matchline left and right station text.

I appreciate all of your help.
