Images won't plot

I just filled out a support request through subscription at Autodesk about this.

I suggest everyone else that knows about this problem to do the same thing. This is unacceptable.

you should try exporting to dwf or dwfx then printing from there, this works for our company.

Has anyone had this trouble with Xerox Wide Format Print System 8830, I am having the same trouble with the image not printing on my titlesheet??

fcusumano - This is a Revit 2010 problem, not a plotter problem.

I created a Revit family logo for our projects.

Glenn, go in the driver's "printer preferences, on the last tab "services" select the icon "troubleshooting menu" and make sure you uncheck "enable smartspool". That did it for me.

hopefully 2011 doesnt have the same bloody issues with it that 2010 has!

I have the same problem with my KIP 3000 and Autocad 11. We write everything for plotting to pdf's. Images (jpegs) plot solid black with the gl setting. When we change to script, the vector lines don't print well. All this started up when we upgraded the windows driver. The vista machines no longer print to the kip at all. The windows 7 machines are the only ones that will drive the kip now. I've about decided that the kip hardware is great, but their software really sucks!
