Content center update

I just installed Inventor 2010 and now the content center has prior versions that inventor is continually alerting me to update as various content center files are opened. Is there a way to one time globally update all content center files so they are in the current version of Inventor?

Take a look at Migrate Content Center files in the help file.

That should solve your problem.
