Default "Constraints are not satisfied" message when making grid lines equal

I have drawn grid lines by copying and pasting my original grid line. I then added linear dimensions to the grid lines. I then clicked the EQ with the slash to make the grid lines equally spaced. Then I get the "constraints are not satisfied" message.

What are the constraints I'm not satisfying?

Are any of the padlocks also locked? This seen as a conflict of interest. You want the value to stay the same, disallowing change, but the EQ is intended to ensure consistent spacing even if changed.
