Default No Menus or Toolbars in ACA.cuix?!?

Is this autodek's way of making us use the ribbon now? I am currently trying to setup our workspace to NOT use the ribbon. I did this successfully in 2009. Any ideas? Am I missing something?!?

    Well, guess what?

Autodesk DID do this on purpose. Here is their SR response.

Thank you for choosing Autodesk Support.

I understand you wish to use toolbars.

As you have found, your 2010 version of AutoCAD Architecture does not include toolbars or the default menu bar like those in the 2009 version.

I have attached a ZIP file containing the files you need. Instructions are included in PDF and DOC format.
I have also attached the zip file to this for anyone else who needs it.
