Non linear analysis

Hi

I have created my model in RS and export it to RSA. the truss I created in RS I assign that as compression member for top and web and at the bottomI assign that as tension members.. during the analysis I have notice that the non linear analysis runs and it does not add the seismic.and i notice that results are not good very large amount of reactions and moments were produce.

my question was Do I need to re-assign those members(truss) coming from Revit as tension and compression truss member?
