assign centreline of alignment on ground slope

if my profile length is 10km, start from contour el.1000 and end el. 900m with 1% slope.

how do I "automatically" create the alignment every 50/100mlength/stn on certain ground elev.(constant 1% slope) toughing exactly on ground topo elev.?

Alignments don't have elevations. I assume you are looking for a feature line with elevations that match your alignment & profile.

Create the alignment, create the profile then create a feature line from alignment. It will prompt you to select a profile for elevations.
