    Default Elevation Annotation Objects

Why is it that some view plans show the elevation markers and some don't even though all view plans have the elevations turned on (no filters applied). It's probably something stupid-simple, but I'm just not seeing it.

    Thanks in advance!

Crop view is already off (as are the other toggles).

    Hmmm...

It's not a central file, so no worksets. At this point, it's still a template.

is there a difference in scale between the plan you can see it on and the plan you can't see it on? Try matching the scales and see if it shows up.

I know sections have a feature that will hide all sections on scales smaller than the scale it was created in unless you manually change it in the properties of the view.
