How to make lineweights to show up in bitmap images created with a Bitmap Plotter

I have created a bitmap plotter from these instructions:



This allows me to export an image from Autocad as a much higher quality bitmap, than the alternative of just using normal file/export/save as bitmap.

However, when I use the bitmap plotter my lineweights don't show up in the resulting bitmap image.
The lineweights do show up in the image when I use the normal exporting method.

When I go to the bitmap plotter under 'plot options' the option 'plot object lineweights' is greyed out, but it is ticked.

Can anyone help ?

I'd advise to use something else to make the BMP. I generally use my PDF printer driver to save to BMP instead. It's quite easy using PDFCreator.
