Exclamation AutoCAD 2010 License Transfer Utility Not Working

    Hi all

I am trying to transfer a licence to a new PC and the License Transfer Utility does not work. I have done the following to try and fix:
    - Done a repair to AutoCAD LT
    - Reinstalled AutoCAD LT
    - Deleted the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AdLM Folder then reinstalled/repaired AutoCAD LT.

Also the program is not blocked by my firewall and I have also tried with the firewall off.

I have noticed that the LTU.exe process in Windows Task Manager appears in the list only for a few seconds, then is replaced by FNPlicensingService.exe, but the program does still not start.

I have reached CRITICAL stage now as the lcense on my new PC is about to expire it's 30 day license.

    Thanks in advance.

Contact Autodesk directly about the licensing issue. They are responsive about those issues.
