Transfer revit files over FTP

I have this very strange situation when tranfer revit files over my FTP. Always the file fails to transfer hte last 10 secs. Do you have problems like that? do you know what's going on? It only happended with revit files and not other files even larger that the revit files.

Try a different FTP client or use different settings.

I transfer RVT files via FTP all the time using Windows Explorer.

Try creating a ZIP file from your Revit file and send it. It won't be a Revit file anymore...

I transfer rvt files over the ftp site as well without any problems. Try the following:

Change your IE explore to a windows explore page or
Change the revit extension to a different extension (i.e. .txt) then ask the recipient to change the file back to a .rvt extension.
