Subcription costs

Hello All,

We have Civil 3D licences on subscription, our IT deptartment think that it will cost some £1500 to upgrade.

Is this correct as I thought it was free with subscription.

Are there different levels of subscription? I know there are different levels of support.

Subscription includes any updates that occur during the year of the subscription. Is IT saying the subscription costs that or are they saying the subscription costs that.

Thanks Richard,

IT have gone off on a tangent and I was concerened that I had mis-understood the subscription.

I think I have enough material off the subscription web to pass up the line. I was aware that alot of the material is advertising and wanted to check this wasn't rose tinted.
