    Default No TakeOff Entities

When I import a 3D dwf from Revit and run the Takeoff:Model command, I get the entities in my Takeoff window, but nothing in my Workbook and the "Takeoff Entity" field is empty, in custom reports.

I can do the exact same process on a co-workers' computer and eveyrthing works fine. Ideas?

I've un-installed and re-installed. Both computers are on the 30-day trial. Could it have something to do with using the same setup file more than once?

    Thanks!

    Hi Lieland,
Quantities won't show in the workbook until they have been assigned a unit type. When you do a Model takeoff for the very first time it won't have any units assigned. However, over time, QTO will learn which unit type you prefer for each takeoff item and automatically make that assignment - only then will it show in in your workbook. To test, go to Edit>Preferences and look on the "Item Type" tab. I'm guessing that your coworkers has a long list and that yours is short or non-existant.
