RAC 2009 - Annotations - Is it possible to change the Leader style used for Room Tags?

I need to add an arrowhead to the leader used for Room labels to be consistent with our company standards, but can't seem to locate where this is controlled. Is it possible to override? Also, is it possible to add a broken line type leader like other tags allow?

Click on the room tag, go to Type Properties > Leader Arrowhead.

Now don't I feel silly. Sometimes, deadline pressures can cloud seeing the most obvious things

Of course it would be nice to contol where the leader is coming off the tag, i.e. from the top line of the text or something. Is this possible?

Not with a nice clean command. This has been requested for some time. The leader I believe comes off of the center of all of the geometry. There for you can add an invisible line above the top to "move" the leader connection up, and below the box, to move it down.
