Default Point tables in Civil 3D

I have multiple tables in a file that I am xref-ing. While in model space they look fine, when switch to paper space they overlap. Any ideas how to rectify this?

    Appreciate it

Make sure the viewport scale matches the drawing scale or modify the location of the tables in viewports.
