Navisworks 2010 training manual - does it exist?

Hi,

I am trying to purchase the 2010 AOTC book, but it doesn't seem to be available from store.autodesk.com. They only have 2009. I've been onto three sets of support over the phone
and wrote two e-mails, but received no answers as to IF and WHEN this guide will be available.

Hi. Alas, there is no such thing as the Navisworks 2010 training manual through the AOTC course ware portal. The 2009 book is about 95% relevant so you can use that. The only things not up to date in the 2009 book are the recent additions of animated transitions and groups in the Clash Detective module, addition of linking to CSV in Timliner and the section box tool option under the section tool. There are a few other tweaks to some of the features such as the redlines/dimension tool, etc. I would go ahead and get the 2009 book because really...it is the only book available for Navis at the moment.
I actually teach a web based class on clash detection in Navis and include the new features in the training because they are awesome! Somebody really did their homework in the regard and deserves a medal.
