Pipe tagging on existing piping

Hey all,
I came across something weird today. I created an existing Mechanical view and new Mechanical view. I created existing piping which displays in both views but when I place my pipe tag in the existing view, it's doesn't display in the new view. Is there a setting to display all pipe tags in all views? Hopefully that made some sense.

Annotations are view specific.
You need to tag each view separately or copy from view to view.
