two light fixtures on same circuit, but revit insists on drawing a homerun between

I have multiple light fixtures on the same circuit. The majority of wiring/circuiting between them appears as i want. However, between two fixtures if i actually connect them together using the electrical connection revit insists on putting a homerun between them even though they are on the same circuit ( i went to element properties and checked this).



Additionally,on a similar note, we usually show circuiting between our light fixtures and our occupancy sensors... it looks like the occupancy sensor family we are using has a controls connector rather than an electrical connection, if i wanted to connect them interconnecting the electrical connections with these control ones i presume could be troublesome?

We just turn off the home run arrows. We put the circuit number in the room or next to the fixture anyway.

My occupancy sensor connector is set to lighting and we also show circuiting between lights and sensors.

There is probably another device causing the homerun issue. I ran into this the other day and realized it was a switch on the wall that was connected to one fixture causing a homerun where I knew there should not be one.

I also turn off homeruns on views that have homeruns with multiple circuits. I hate the multiple arrows all over the place. I just made a arrow symbol to attach to the end of what should be the homerun.

We havent had much luck in the past with not showing wiring unless its critical to understand the design intent, we've got a lot of tears from plan check agencies and contractors.
