The principals of my firm have asked me to start tracking our plots and prints to their respective projects in order to monitor which quality for reimbursable expenses. I don't have a budget to add new plot tracking software/hardware so I'm thinking the easiest way to do this is to generate reports from AutoCad's internal plot log (and customize it if necessary), or to use plot stamps. Seems to me tho, in the end you still gotta tally up how much paper you send out as deliverables.

We have an HP 1050C plotter, an HP 5100 laser printer and use a both AutoCAD and AutoCAD MEP (2008, 2009 and 2010) and once again Revit MEP 2009.

Any thoughts/suggestions/experiences on the easiest way to accomplish this without having to resort to a manual list?
Any reliable shareware?

Thanks!
