    Cool Presentation help

We have just completed a masterplan for a small university. They have asked us to create "roll-overs" for each of their buildings to display a variety of information. Has anyone ever done this and what software would you or did you use to create such a document?
    Many thanks.

Is it electronic or printed? Is it video or interactive?
