Insert components

I have not found motor drives on the list of components, like soft-starters, compact-starters e motor inverters.

They exist in AutoCad 2011?

If not, how can I create them?

With motor controllers, I have downloaded the drawing from the manufacturer and then modified it with the items I need. Attached is a drawing with a motor controller block created using the black box before Symbol Builder. The block name is HDR1_K300. As this component is so detailed, I used connectors for the additional wiring schematic I needed. This helped with the bill of material as other components were needed to complete the job. I added the BOM for reference.
There is one symbol builder youtube video. I recommend going to Autodesk university and viewing the online classes.
