    Default aggregate / combine comments into one file

    lets say I sent a file around for review to 5 people.. and each saved the document with a slightly different name perhaps appending their initials to the document name to indicate the source of the review.

    I would like to be able to aggregate the markups from multiple reviewers into a single file... I heard this was possible in design review 2009, but cannot find the feature in design review 2010

    You can MERGE all the DWFs into one file; each "comment" would be on a separate thumbnail in the single file.

    Hi,

    Merging is definitely the way to go to aggregate all markups into one DWF file. That said, some customers requested a way to generate a markup summary that could be "consumed" by other programs. From that request the markup summary was added to Design Review 2010.

    With a DWF file open that contains markups,

    1. Click the application button > Save As > Save Markups Summary. The Save Markups Summary dialog box opens.

    2. In the File Name text box, type the name of the CSV file.

    3. Click Save.

    4. When notified that the markup summary was saved successfully, click OK.

    The resulting CSV summary can be opened in Excel, for example, listing all markups and their respective properties:

    * Markup number
    * Sheet name
    * Markup type
    * Markup label
    * Markup text
    * Creator
    * Created date and time stamp
    * Status
    * Modified date and time stamp
    * History

    Hope it helps!

    C.
