Interior Lighting tutorial

Does anyone know where I can find a good lighting tutorial for interior scenes?

Although primarily written for AR3 ( not Revits's AR ), this tutorial, Modelling for Radiosity 101, covers a lot of useful ground for interior renderings.

It may be useful to read up on other tutorials produced for high end rendering packages, which cover a lot of the basics of dealing with direct light, colour, diffusion, reflection, texture, ambient light, artifical light, etc.

CG architect is a good place to start for this.
