Cui issues

Hi,

We are having a small problem in our office where some of the Autocad users cant load there layer manager, also when CUI is typed it says "cui command unknown" Anyone now how to sort this out please, Luckily mine is still working but would like to fix the rest.

What happens when the ._LAYER command in initiated?
Does the command ._CLASSICLAYER do anything?

we have kind of sorted the problem, if you open up autocad from the start menu the problems still happen but if you double click a drawing in one of our project files and open it up that way it works fine... wierd i know.
