rs2010 consistency checks

Hello,

i upgraded a model from 2009 revit structure to 2010 revit structure, with 0 warnings.

after running consistency check, i have hundreds of warnings.
all relating to the steel beams "distance between analytical and physical models of structural element is beyond tolerance of 6".

if i cut & past these beams back into the model, the warnings go away but

I can't use cut & paste because I will lose all tags.

is there a work around?
