Limited Number of Viewports

AHH!..

I am using the plan production to create my plan and profile sheets. After creating a few, I decided to combine some of them. I copy and pasted my plan and profile viewports from one layout sheet to the other to have a total of 2 plan views and 2 profile views on one sheet. For some CRAZY reason, it is only allowing me to have 3 of the viewports ON at a time. So one of the viewports is blank, and if I go turn it on (MVIEW, ON) it turns another one off.

Is there a viewport or layout setting that I am missing somewhere?
