    Question surveying units input

Hi everyone!, would just like to ask if there is a lisp routine that automatically connects points of a surveying data. Example, I will input in a table the 1st point 0,0; 2nd point, @10<S35d10'W; 3rd point, @23<S27d38'E, and so on... and it will plot automatically. I have this old Lot plans that i want to transfer in autocad format.

If you have them in that format, you could just create a script. However, I'm sure I'm not fully understanding the data with which you are trying to plot lot lines.
