Error While apply Rolling Joint: Cylinder on Cylinder 2C

Hi, guys,

I am trying to apply joint in shown assembly but while applying first joint that is cyliner on cylinder it gives error. There is no other joint.

Kindly suggest.

You will need to Pack and Go the assembly - I only see one solid part?

I got rid of all of the irrelevant stuff - you can add it back on. In fact, you could have simplified your problem to your skeleton sketch and two parts that have nothing more than extruded cylindrical surface. You might want to do that to see if you can reproduce the joints.

I did this in student version - so delete after examining.

You will need to become familiar with retaining DOF on certain parts that you know should have a Revolution Joint.
