PDF to DXF conversion

Hi - I am looking for any recommendations for a 3rd party software that converts PDF files to DXF files. I have AutoCAD 2005. And free Adobe Reader version, so when we get PDF text files they are very difficult to convert into our AuotCAD drawings.

Any help appreciated,

The only software I found to convert file from PDF to DWG cleanly is Adobe Illustrator.

thanks, I tried a couple of online converters, but they are pretty much garbage. I will look into Illustrator
