    Default Transfer data from Dwg to excel

    Hello every one
    I am new here. I want help from you experts. Is there any way that if i select some point co ordinated i can transfered to Excel or any add in required for that .Please help me.

    DWG TrueConvert is a standalone program to convert AutoCAD drawings from one version to another. Maybe you are in the wrong forum?

    Welcome to AUGI. I moved the thread to AutoCAD General. Also, please do not post the same question to more than one forum (cross-posting). You may want to read the forum guidelines under the FAQ section above.

    In the sample files installed with AutoCAD, there is a vba project to extract block attributes to xl. That might get you started. You can also paste an area of xl data as an Autocad table and have a bi-directional link. Can you be more specific as to what you want to do?

    What i want to do is 1) In DEG grawing i have table of content i want to import to Xl
    2) I want to select certain point on drawing to transfer co ordinates of selected point to transfer to xl.
