Default Annotative Dynamic Block Attribute Rotation-Help

    Hey all,

Here's a Challenge. (see attached dwg file)

I've created a simple wall tag annotative block with attributes. The scaling of the anno block is not a problem. The issue here is when you rotate the block using the dynamic rotate function, the attributes stay in the correct position within the current scaled block but doesn't move to the correct position within the other anno scale blocks. The basepoint/insertion point is at the end of the leader to snap to the walls no-matter what scale is selected.

I understand why this is but when you go back to the other scales you have to manually move the text (using grips) to the location within the block. If, however, you rotate the block again, the location of the text that was set in the first scale is messed up.

Is there a way of changing the anno scale, rotating the dynamic block which moves or locks the text to the centre of the block. I think if there was a way of having two basepoints this might work??

I have tried fields, normal attributes/mtext and nothing seems to work. What am i missing here?

    Thanks in advance.
