Menu Bar Order Location

Hello, silly but non- life threatening question here, I am one who still likes the classic menu bar and would like to know if anyone knows how to change the display of the menu locations. I've attached a picture of what I currently have and would like to change the location of some of them. For example I would like "File" to be first then "Edit" next, then "Format" and so on. As you can see from the picture it's all over the place. I did use the CUI and try to arrange them there however, they are in the order I would like to have them already. I'm using Arch 2010 with Windows 7. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It could be that you have a partial CUI file loaded too - from what I have seen, you cannot re-order the partial CUI menus items, only if it is part of the main CUI...

Check to see if you have a partial CUI loaded, and if so, if it has menu items in it - if so, either remove them or drag/drop them into the main CUI location.

Thank you Buzz for replying and offering a suggestion. I don't have any partial cui's loaded, however I did find a solution that has worked for me.
I went in to the cui and highlighted the current workspace I was in, then in the upper right column I clicked the "customize workspace" button which in my case highlighted the items in blue specific to my workspace then went into the menu tabs and simply moved them to the order in which I preferred. This worked for me and has continued to work even after a restart. Thanks again!
