Red face GRIPEDIT-STRETCH BY POINT COORDINATES

I have obtained point coordinates from polyface mesh (many of them), but I need to modify that polyface mesh into new one with new set of points, but I don't know how to gripedit "stretch" -grip -point by command line input of new point coordinates - not with mouse grip edit but with command line.

I haave tried : (command "stretch" pt "" pt '(x y z)), where pt is point I obtained from polyface mesh and x,y,z are coordinates of new point. Problem with this is that CAD performes move command instead of stretch, because it uses displacement method of stretch command. I need to gripedit with command line single grip stretch like I would done it with mouse by clicking that grip and stretching it to new location...

many thanks who find this possible and answer this question...
