ad32lw.exe stopped working

is Microsoft or Autodesk going to own up to whatever it is causing this error
launching 64 bit autodesk apps in microsoft vista enterprise 64 bit fails each time
when you place the Ad32lw,exe in the start up folder and run as administrator you get a new error message when launching RAC2009 64bit latest service pack and all
licensing system error 740 failed to start Adlm

Add ad32lw.exe as an exclusion to the Data Execution Prevention. it can be found in Windows System Properties, Advanced Tab, Performance Options, Data Execution Prevention Tab.



It fixed it for me, Hope it does for everyone else.
