Default Tolerances in the Parameter Table

Is there any way possible that I can assign a tolerance in the parameter table in Inventor Pro 2010 (either by importing an excel file, or just typing it in)? I need to create a bunch iFeatures of high tolerance grooves and cannot possibly manually enter the tolerances for each size (there are thousands). I know the parameter table lets you choose how the model is displayed, but I cannot find a way to have the parameter table define the actual tolerance.

I have been told several times that this is not possible. However, I have personally seen a spreadsheet driven drawing assign tolerances to a dwg. I asked the designer how he made it work and he did not know. Whoever set it up was no longer with the company. I suspect maybe that the model didn't actually have the tolerances assigned, maybe it was just the dimension in the dwg file. I have been unable to figure out a way to do either though.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

If you right click on the equation(or click the arrow to the right of the cell) you can add a tolerance to the parameter manually.

I know the link button will link the parameters to an excel file but I do not know how this works.
