sequential numbering w/ mleaders

Hello,
Is it possible to insert mleaders with sequential numbering? I am trying to number a large paneling project. Is there a bit of lisp that would add "1" to the last entry?
Any help would be appreciated.

Not the best approach but I have a lisp that will increment attributes as you pick them. I got it from Cadalyst quite a while ago. The leaders would already need to be in and then you just pick in the order you want to increase or decrease and by how much. If you're using numbers and letters I don't think it will work.
