    Talking Wheel button;Joystick pan

    I am using Autocad LT2004 and a Microsoft optical intellimouse. I realise that to use the joystick pan command i have to press ctrl and hold down the wheel button. Can i re-configure the wheel button to use joystick pan without the need for the ctrl button, if so how can i do it?

    Go to your Mouse control software and look at
    the assigned function for the wheel.
    You may need to balance your want of Joy-stick
    pan function with normal mbutton pan functionality;
    wheel zoom in/out and button down to pan (no CTRL key required)

    Also, check if MBUTTONPAN is set to 1. This should allow panning with the wheel button.
