Default Basic side slope cut ditch

I created a basic assembly with the subassembly "Basic side slope cut ditch" on right and left sides and targeted existing surface. Creating the Corridor and the surface both worked out well except one type of condition. Where existing is undulating and my profile comes out of a sag - The Corridor wants to close in on itself right up to the shoulder.
I know this would be difficult to explain so I was just hoping someone could point me in the right direction.

    Thanks,
    Tim

    I use JING - http://jingproject.com

But whatever method you use, you can upload them to the internet and then use this: http://screencast.com/t/MDRlN2Rk to insert them directly.
