Default Add a third Keynote Field?

I think im clutching at straws here, but ill try anyway!!

I work in a firm based in South Africa and to cut a long story short, we need a third and possibly a fourth keynote field (only in shedules tho, not in the tags).

    E.g.

    Keynote:AHV-150
    Description: Ventilated base metal hatch
    LAWS code: Q21
    CAWS code: L20

Does anyone know how to do this or know of a workaround? Im dumbstruck...

    Thx in advance people!

You can't add parameters to a keynote. Try using a Multi-Category tag in addition (or instead of?) the keynote tag for this.

    Tags are better than text!

Thx Greg, the problem is that the system needs to be idiot-proof because the last thing you want is someone to enter the wrong LAWS or CAWS code to an element... (Seeing as the multi cat will need them to be manual entries - unles im missing how to link them to the keynote code?)

What ive ended up doing is include the LAWS and CAWS code in the description. This is generated by a Concatenate formula in excel so its not possible to enter a wrong CAWS or LAWS code.

    The resulting Schedule:

    KEYNOTE LAWS, CAWS, DESCRIPTION
    AHV-150 Q21 L20 Ventilated base metal hatch

    Derived from:

    Keynote:AHV-150
    Description: Ventilated base metal hatch
    LAWS code: Q21
    CAWS code: L20

    Still, thx for the help!

The multi-category tag could reference type parameters, just like keynotes, so they'd be just as idiot-proof (which, by the way, they're not).
