Single Click becomes double click...

I had this problem before. When I single click an object the result is a double click.
I managed to solved this problem by following the instruction from a Revit user's Blog.
Its a step by step instruction of editting via "REGEDIT". Now the problem resurface again on another machine. And I lost the link to the blog. Does anybody knows where is this link? The script or instruction from Autodesk doesnt help.

After extensive search... I manage to find. I believed this one works with the jumping screen also.
